How to use VitaMind

VitaMind is an AI advisor trained on Dr. Andris Saulitis's method. It answers your questions about mental wellbeing and cites the doctor's own books and brochures. Here's how to use it:

  • A topic isn't forgotten
  • Grows from ordinary conversations
  • Counted in every answer

How it all connects: the client's journey, step by step

More on why My Feelings is the core of the system, and how everything else feeds into it.

Chapter 1

VitaMind isn't a one-off chat β€” it's a system that remembers

A regular chatbot forgets you between conversations. VitaMind doesn't: it draws on everything you've already shared across the different sections of your account, and understands you more precisely with every conversation. The first step is simply to start using it β€” ask a question, answer a couple of questionnaires. The system builds up from there on its own.

Chapter 2

My Feelings β€” permanent memory, the core of everything

"My Feelings" isn't just another section β€” it's a folder of permanent topics that VitaMind keeps returning to in every answer (e.g. "Mom", "Anxiety and sleep", "Work"). Unlike a one-off question, a topic in My Feelings isn't forgotten: every new conversation that touches it deepens the understanding. That's why the auto-router suggests saving something you mention more than once β€” you don't have to do it by hand.

Chapter 3

Conversations with VitaMind β€” where My Feelings topics come from

Every time you write to VitaMind, the system checks: is this a one-off thought, or something you keep coming back to? If it's recurring, it offers to pin it to My Feelings with one click. My Feelings grows naturally, out of ordinary conversation, not from a separate form you have to fill in.

Chapter 4

Audit β€” an outside view of what's already accumulated

Once there's something in My Feelings, the Journal, and your conversations, the "Audit" section shows a gentle summary β€” how VitaMind itself sees the picture so far. It's not a diagnosis, more a mirror β€” it helps notice which topics come up most.

Chapter 5

Questionnaires β€” "Questions" and "What would you do"

This is a more structured way to tell VitaMind about yourself than free conversation: short questions (general ones under "Questions", situational ones under "What would you do") surface facets that don't always come up naturally. You don't have to answer everything at once β€” a few at a time works fine.

Chapter 6

Nutrition and Check-ups β€” everyday data

A food diary (morning/day/evening) and regular check-ins are the factual, day-to-day part of the picture: how you eat, sleep, and feel from one day to the next. Together with My Feelings topics, this gives VitaMind not just "what's on your mind" but "how your ordinary day goes".

Chapter 7

Documents β€” what's easier to show than to describe

Lab results, certificates, scans β€” the "Documents & labs" section lets you attach what's easier to show than to explain in words. VitaMind reads the text and factors it into its answers alongside everything else.

Chapter 8

Library and Consultation β€” what comes next

Everything gathered in My Feelings and your conversations helps pick more relevant material from the Library (the doctor's books and brochures) and makes a personal Consultation more substantive β€” the doctor sees an already-gathered picture, not a blank page.

The core principle: fewest clicks, most value. You don't need to think about structure or decide where things go β€” just type, speak or snap a photo, and VitaMind works out where it belongs. The single input point, the auto-router and the merged account tabs are all built for exactly this.

How to use VitaMind

Here's what happens to your message β€” every path on one diagram.

Rotate the diagram with your mouse or a sideways swipe.
  1. You write, speak or take a photo β€” the auto-router looks at what it is and picks the path.
  2. Looks like a one-off thought β†’ the Journal. No one replies there β€” it's your monologue. A copy of the entry still goes to My Feelings.
  3. Looks like a topic to work on β†’ My Feelings (in your account: My database). You create a topic, write in it and, alongside, attach files, screenshots, labs. VitaMind answers from everything that has gathered.
  4. An acute message or a direct threat to life β†’ straight to a doctor, skipping auto-save. Next to it β€” the option to book a consultation.
  5. Incognito: the conversation isn't kept anywhere β€” except for a direct threat to life. If life is at risk β€” emergency services or a crisis line, not a chat.

Just write or say it

No special form β€” write in your own words what's on your mind, or use your keyboard's dictation (the microphone icon on your phone or computer keyboard).

VitaMind decides where it belongs

If you keep coming back to the same topic, it'll suggest saving it to "My Feelings" (a permanent memory folder). A one-off thought gets suggested for the "Journal". Always one click, always optional.

You can attach a file or photo

A lab screenshot, a scanned document β€” VitaMind reads it and factors it into the answer.

Incognito β€” if you don't want it saved

A separate mode: nothing is kept, except in a direct threat to life, when the message still reaches the doctor.

It's not a diagnosis or emergency care

VitaMind is education and mental hygiene based on the doctor's method, not a substitute for in-person care. In a life-threatening crisis, use emergency services β€” not the chat.
