IMPORTANT (medical disclaimer): materials, VitaMind responses and audits are educational and supportive. They are NOT a medical diagnosis, NOT a treatment prescription and NOT a substitute for in-person professional care. About the service
VitaModo is a psychoeducation and support platform based on the method of psychiatrist Andris Saulitis (M.D.). We provide a VitaMind chat, a brochure library, personal audits and the option to book a personal consultation.
Age 18+ and AI
The service is intended only for persons aged 18 or over; you confirm your age when registering. VitaModo is a psycho-hygiene education platform. VitaMind is an AI, not a doctor: it answers based on Dr. Andris Saulitis's materials, does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment. AI-generated voice and video are labelled.
What you get for payment
• Brochures (€0.98), a pack of 5 brochures (€5). • A personal audit (€5 / €3) with a 5-day course. • Subscription (€20/mo or €180/yr): 300 questions per month and brochures on your topics. • Consultation (€300) — a personal session and access to the professional chat. Prices are shown on the site; payments via Stripe, consultation via Cal.com.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
• You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Use the “Withdraw from contract here” button (site footer and your account), email hello@vitamodo.store, or use the model form below. We confirm receipt by email and refund by the same payment method within 14 days. • Digital content and services (brochures, books, question packs, audits, subscription access): access starts right after payment only if, before paying, you ticked the box consenting to immediate performance and acknowledging that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This consent is stated in your confirmation email. • Subscription: cancel anytime yourself in one click — account → “My subscription” → “Cancel subscription”. No further charges; access remains until the end of the paid period. You can resume there too, and view your card and invoices in the Stripe billing portal. • Consultations and programmes: the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full. If you asked for a consultation to take place within the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only a proportionate amount for the service already provided. You can also reschedule or cancel a session later — write to hello@vitamodo.store. • If digital content is unavailable or not as described, you are entitled to have it fixed, a price reduction, or to terminate the contract.

Your responsibilities
Use the service in good faith, do not share access with third parties, and understand the nature of the service (see the medical disclaimer above).
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on educational materials. The service does not replace professional medical care.
