Which cards can I pay with?
Card payment via Stripe. We accept foreign cards (Visa/Mastercard issued outside Russia). Russian cards, unfortunately, don't go through — that's a payment-system limitation, not our choice.
How do I get access after payment?
Sign in with the same email you paid with — your purchase appears in the Library marked “Unlocked”. If you're signed in and still don't see access, message us and we'll fix it the same day.
What's included in the €20/mo subscription?
300 questions to your personal Advisor each month, analysis of your lab results and photos in the chat, gift brochures from the Library, personal messages from the doctor, and full access to materials. The €180/year plan is two months cheaper.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, anytime — no hidden terms. After cancelling, access stays until the end of the paid period.
Is this medical care or treatment?
No. The online materials and Advisor are psychoeducation and mental hygiene; they don't replace an in-person doctor's visit, diagnosis or treatment. If life is in danger or you think of self-harm, call emergency services (112) or see a doctor in person.
What if a brochure page won't open (error)?
Refresh the page and make sure you're signed in with the account you purchased from. If that doesn't help, message us via the form in your account — the team sees these and responds quickly.
Is my data and conversation safe?
Yes. We don't publish or share the content of your chats, audits or lab results with third parties. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I ask a question or get in touch?
Use the feedback form in your account — it goes straight to the doctor's team and the reply arrives in your account. General email: hello@vitamodo.store.
