How to use Vitamind

Vitamind is an AI advisor trained on Dr. Andris Saulitis's method. It answers your questions about mental wellbeing and cites the doctor's own books and brochures. Here's how to use it:

How it all connects: the client's journey, step by step

More on why Context is the core of the system, and how everything else feeds into it.

Chapter 1

Vitamind isn't a one-off chat — it's a system that remembers

A regular chatbot forgets you between conversations. Vitamind doesn't: it draws on everything you've already shared across the different sections of your account, and understands you more precisely with every conversation. The first step is simply to start using it — ask a question, answer a couple of questionnaires. The system builds up from there on its own.

Chapter 2

Context — permanent memory, the core of everything

"Context" isn't just another section — it's a folder of permanent topics that Vitamind keeps returning to in every answer (e.g. "Mom", "Anxiety and sleep", "Work"). Unlike a one-off question, a topic in Context isn't forgotten: every new conversation that touches it deepens the understanding. That's why the auto-router suggests saving something you mention more than once — you don't have to do it by hand.

  • A topic isn't forgotten

Chapter 3

Conversations with Vitamind — where Context topics come from

Every time you write to Vitamind, the system checks: is this a one-off thought, or something you keep coming back to? If it's recurring, it offers to pin it to Context with one click. Context grows naturally, out of ordinary conversation, not from a separate form you have to fill in.

Chapter 4

Audit — an outside view of what's already accumulated

Once there's something in Context, the Journal, and your conversations, the "Audit" section shows a gentle summary — how Vitamind itself sees the picture so far. It's not a diagnosis, more a mirror — it helps notice which topics come up most.

Chapter 5

Questionnaires — "Questions" and "What would you do"

This is a more structured way to tell Vitamind about yourself than free conversation: short questions (general ones under "Questions", situational ones under "What would you do") surface facets that don't always come up naturally. You don't have to answer everything at once — a few at a time works fine.

Chapter 6

Nutrition and Check-ups — everyday data

A food diary (morning/day/evening) and regular check-ins are the factual, day-to-day part of the picture: how you eat, sleep, and feel from one day to the next. Together with Context topics, this gives Vitamind not just "what's on your mind" but "how your ordinary day goes".

Chapter 7

Documents — what's easier to show than to describe

Lab results, certificates, scans — the "Documents & labs" section lets you attach what's easier to show than to explain in words. Vitamind reads the text and factors it into its answers alongside everything else.

Chapter 8

Library and Consultation — what comes next

Everything gathered in Context and your conversations helps pick more relevant material from the Library (the doctor's books and brochures) and makes a personal Consultation more substantive — the doctor sees an already-gathered picture, not a blank page.

How to use Vitamind

Just write or say it

No special form — write in your own words what's on your mind, or use your keyboard's dictation (the microphone icon on your phone or computer keyboard).

Vitamind decides where it belongs

If you keep coming back to the same topic, it'll suggest saving it to "Context" (a permanent memory folder). A one-off thought gets suggested for the "Journal". Always one click, always optional.

You can attach a file or photo

A lab screenshot, a scanned document — Vitamind reads it and factors it into the answer.

Incognito — if you don't want it saved

A separate mode: nothing is kept, except in a direct threat to life, when the message still reaches the doctor.

It's not a diagnosis or emergency care

Vitamind is education and mental hygiene based on the doctor's method, not a substitute for in-person care. In a life-threatening crisis, use emergency services — not the chat.

How Live works

"Live" (in the menu) — Dr. Andris's recordings and broadcasts:

Free on YouTube

At /live — the latest broadcast and past recordings from the YouTube channel. Works on phone and computer, on any plan — even with no account at all.

Saturday stream

A separate access flag — if it's enabled on your profile, it opens the private circle: group live sessions on Saturdays.

Boosty — the extended archive

The "Boosty" section (in the menu) has a fuller archive of the doctor's own video reviews, separate from YouTube, subscribers only.

Sections of your account

A short word on each tab in your account:

My plan

Which plan you're on (Guidance, Relationships, Addiction, etc.), what's included, and how many questions are left.

Context

Permanent memory folders — topics that keep coming up (e.g. "Mom", "Work"). Vitamind keeps them in mind in every answer.

Journal

One-off personal entries — a place to vent in text. Can be locked with a 5-digit PIN so only you can open it.

Audit

A gentle summary of everything already known about you, as Vitamind itself sees it.

Nutrition

A food diary — morning/day/evening, in text or photos.

What would you do

Short situational questions — how you'd react in a given situation, to understand you more precisely.

Documents & labs

Upload photos/scans of lab results and documents — Vitamind reads the text and factors it in.

Statistics

Charts of how you use the system — activity, questions, topics.

Personalization

A general questionnaire about you, so answers are accurate from the start.

History

All conversations with Vitamind, grouped by source (Context, Journal, regular questions, etc.).

Messages

Direct correspondence with the doctor and their team — not with the AI.

Settings

Appearance (26+ ready themes + your own palette from €49), text size, reply language, PIN code, two-factor security.
