Vitamodo School · Bundle 11: Disorder Theory · Brochure 9 of 10 · Version 1.0
Andris Saulitis, MD
For those who: have — in their own life, in someone close, in clinical practice — encountered the territory where the body is doing real work the medical specialist's substrate-frame cannot reach: chronic somatic patterns that cycle through specialists without identification, the «medical labyrinth» that accumulates years and cost, the substantive suffering that is real and unaddressed because the substantive cross-organ substrate-frame has not been substantively brought to it.
Not for those who: have acute medical features warranting immediate medical evaluation, or who have not yet had substantive medical evaluation of the somatic pattern. The substantive medical-evaluation-first step is the precondition for the psychosomatic frame; do not apply the frame to unevaluated symptoms.
What this is — the clinical reality
This is the ninth brochure of Bundle 11, and the last of the bundle's specific-pattern brochures before the closer. The earlier brochures applied the substrate-vs-response distinction to depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, and addiction. This brochure applies the distinction to psychosomatic disorders — the territory the book «Psychosomatics Without Esotericism» was substantively named for, and the territory where the bundle's substrate-disorder framework meets the body's own substrate at the most direct form. The brochure closes the body-mind substrate loop the bundle's work has been resting on and prepares the territory for the 11.10 closer.
The brochure is for the reader who has — in their own life, in someone close, in clinical practice — encountered the territory where the body is doing real work that the medical specialist's substrate-frame cannot reach. The patient with chronic abdominal pain whose gastroenterologist says «the stomach is in order»; the patient with palpitations whose cardiologist says «the heart is in order»; the patient with skin condition whose dermatologist says «we have tried everything»; the patient who has spent years in what Psikhosomatika frames as «the medical labyrinth» — going from specialist to specialist, each saying «not my organ», none addressing what the body is substantively speaking from. The territory is wide: the somatic pattern that is psychosomatic, the somatic pattern that is medical, the substantive mixed picture where both are operating.
A note on substrate before we go further. This brochure is the most Psikhosomatika-concentrated in Bundle 11. The book is substantively named for this territory and contains multiple dedicated chapters the brochure draws on: the Greek-etymology definition («psyche — soul, soma — body»); the Mikhail-as-protagonist framing that opens the book and recurs throughout; the «medical labyrinth» chapter that names the specialist-cycle pattern; the «ten main causes» chapter that names what substantively destroys psychosomatic health; the «seven steps» treatment chapter that names the systemic-approach protocol; the weakest-link principle (cross-cited from 11.2 and 11.4); the body-disconnection passage; the dismissals passage that names what the patient hears from people who do not understand. «Above the Clouds There Is Always Sun» supplies the body-dissociation passage as the extreme of body-not-listened-to (cross-cited from 10.8, 11.1, and 11.7). «Three Pencils. Extension» supplies the three-pencils method cross-cited from 11.3. The spoken material — the «налаживаем психическое здоровье» framing, the treatment-algorithm structure, the organic-vs-endogenous spectrum — supplements but does not replace the substrate-concentrated book substrate.
